Should I be concerned about wear and tear on my property?
Not at all. With Imperium, your property is secured under a long-term lease (2–4 years), which eliminates the usual wear and tear caused by frequent tenant turnover and vacancies.
Our professional cleaning team services the property 2–3 times per week -far more often than with a traditional tenant. At each visit, cleaners carefully inspect for any damages or maintenance needs, allowing us to address issues promptly and protect your investment.
Guests stay only short-term (2–5 days), and we maintain the property to our high 5-star standards. In fact, many properties are returned in even better condition than when we first took over.
How Do You Keep My Property Safe?
Only authorized, pre-screened guests are allowed to stay. We use smart locks and security cameras to monitor all entry points 24/7, keeping your property safe and secure.
I’m Worried About Noise, Complaints, or Parties in my property. How Do You Handle That?
